- "BIZCard" refers to this website, it's owners and operators
- The "user" refers to anyone who uses BIZCard servers & services.
- "File" refers to any data that can be or has been uploaded or created on BIZCard’s servers by a user
Terms of Service
The following content is not allowed to be created on or upload to BIZCard 's servers, and constitutes abuse
- Files that infringe on any copyright, without the permission of the copyright owner
- Pornography, including images or text which depict nudity, genitalia, or sexual content
- Files that are illegal or violate any United States law
- Files that promote hatred, violence, discrimination or terrorism
Any files found to abuse the terms of service will be immediately deleted. The uploading user of said file will have all BIZCard privileges revoked. In certain cases BIZCard will report violations to proper legal authorities.
While hot linking is allowed, BIZCard reserves the right to prevent hot linking on any domain for any reason.
The user agrees not to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use
any designs, images, illustrations or content within this site, or
portion thereof, in any form, electronic or print, other than the
BIZCard products sold within this site, except as allowed in the
BIZCard Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
Use of Bizcard.com is entirely at the risk of the user. Bizcard.com Upload services are providing "as-is" without any warranty of any kind.
Bizcard.com reserves the right to cancel service to anyone at any time for any reason. Bizcard.com makes no guarantee of the availability of our service files created using our service or of uploaded files. Bizcard.com will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use or inability to use this service.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify Bizcard.com harmless from any loss, liability, damages or expenses caused by the use of BIZCard services, or the content, use or deletion of any user created or uploaded files. Subsequently Bizcard.com will not be held responsible for typographical, technical or human errors resulting in any loss of user's data or uploaded files.
The user agrees to be held responsible for any liability arising from the upload or cr3eation of any copyrighted or illegal files to Bizcard.com's servers. Bizcard.com cannot be held responsible for any user uploading illegal/copyrighted files.
Bizcard.com will promptly remove any files suspected to be copyrighted or illegal from our servers.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona (location of Bizcard’s Network's servers). These terms are subject to change at any time and without any prior notice. Please check this page often for changes.
