Trade Show Displays, Booth Signage & Event Printing

Everything your booth needs — from the retractable banner behind you to the sticker in their pocket. One order, one delivery, before your show date.

Most print companies will sell you a banner and leave you to source the stand. We print the whole booth: retractable banner stands, fabric displays, table covers and throws, feather and teardrop flags, event tents, floor and window graphics, plus every handout, badge and giveaway that goes with them. It all comes off the same presses on the same schedule, so your trade show display, your literature and your giveaways arrive together — not in three deliveries from three suppliers, two of which are late.

Trade Show Displays, Booth Signage & Event Printing

Your booth: displays, stands and hardware

The structure people see from across the hall — and the part most print sites do not sell at all.

This is the moat. A retractable banner stand, a fabric display and a fitted table cover are what turn a bare 10x10 into a booth, and they are exactly what a print-only supplier makes you buy somewhere else. Everything here ships with its hardware: the stand, the case, the poles, the base. Buy the graphic and the thing that holds it up in the same cart, from the same order confirmation, on the same delivery date.

Walls, windows and the floor itself

Turn the space you rented into signage.

Booth floor space is the cheapest advertising at any show, and almost nobody uses it. Floor graphics pull people down an aisle they were going to walk past; window and wall vinyl turns a hard-shell booth or a venue storefront into a full-bleed brand wall. All of it is removable, so it comes off at teardown without a deposit dispute.

What they take away

The literature that leaves in their hand and survives the flight home.

Every conversation at a show ends with something changing hands. Sell sheets and flyers are the fast handout; catalogs and booklets are what a serious buyer takes back to their team; a presentation folder is what turns four loose sheets into something that looks like a proposal rather than a leaflet. Print the folder and the inserts together and they actually fit.

Giveaways they keep

The desk-drawer test: will it still be on their desk in March?

Giveaways are judged months later, not at the booth. Stickers are the cheapest entry point and the only fully configurable giveaway we print — a laptop sticker outlives every pen at the show. Magnets stay on a fridge or a filing cabinet for years. Drinkware and notebooks are the two branded items people genuinely reuse rather than bin, which is why they cost more per unit and are worth more per impression.

Running the event

Tickets, badges, table signage and the follow-up.

If you are hosting rather than exhibiting, the print list changes: numbered tickets at the door, name badges that do not fall out of the holder, table tents on every seat, and something to send afterwards. Event and networking cards are the badge-and-swap format — QR to your booking link on the back, so a scan beats a business card that gets lost in a lanyard pouch.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to print for a 10x10 trade show booth?

The short list is a backdrop, a table cover and something with height. In practice that means one large indoor vinyl or fabric banner as the back wall, a fitted table throw, one or two retractable banner stands either side, and a feather flag if the venue allows height. Add floor graphics if you want to pull people out of the aisle, plus handouts and giveaways for the table. We quote all of that as one package — tell us the booth size and we will build the list.

How long does trade show printing take?

Standard turnaround runs from a couple of business days for flyers and stickers up to around a week for display hardware such as banner stands, table covers and event tents, before shipping. Because a trade show date does not move, we recommend ordering display hardware two to three weeks out and treating handouts as the piece you can rush. If you are already tight, ask for a quote and mark the show date — we will tell you honestly what will land and what will not.

Do you sell the banner stand, or just the printed banner?

Both, together. Retractable banner stands, X-frame stands, outdoor banner-and-stand kits and event tents ship as complete units: the printed graphic, the hardware and the carry case. This is the part most print suppliers leave you to source separately, and it is the reason a booth order usually arrives in three deliveries instead of one.

Can you ship directly to the convention centre?

Yes. Give us the venue address, the show name, your booth number and the accepted delivery window on the quote and we will label the shipment the way the venue's receiving desk expects. For multi-day circuits we can also hold a repeat order on file and ship the same kit to the next city.

What file format should I supply for a trade show banner?

Print-ready PDF with fonts outlined, artwork built at the finished size, and bleed on every edge. Large-format work is forgiving on resolution because it is read from several feet away, but it is unforgiving on scale — a 2 x 5 ft file scaled from a 4 x 6 inch design will look exactly as stretched as it sounds. If you only have a logo and rough copy, our design team can build the set so the backdrop, stands and table cover actually match.

Which trade show giveaways are worth the money?

The ones that survive the flight home. Die-cut stickers are the cheapest per impression and the only fully configurable giveaway we print. Magnets last for years on a fridge or filing cabinet. Drinkware and notebooks cost more per unit but get reused daily, which is where the value is. Pens and single-use plastic are cheap for a reason. Order stickers deep and premium items shallow — that combination outperforms one mid-priced item ordered flat.

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing for events?

Yes. Anything above a few hundred units, any multi-item booth package, and any repeat seasonal order should come through the quote form on this page rather than the standard checkout — the package price is usually better than the sum of the tiles. Companies running several shows a year are normally better off on a business account, which holds your artwork, your team's templates and your negotiated pricing in one place.
