Questions designers ask
- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing. There's no joining fee, no annual fee and no minimum spend to stay in the programme.
- Does the 25% stack with volume pricing and promo codes?
- Yes to volume pricing — the discount comes off after quantity breaks are applied, so you get both. Promo codes apply on top of your designer price rather than instead of it.
- Who qualifies?
- Freelance designers, studios, agencies, print brokers and in-house design teams who buy print on behalf of clients. If you're designing work that someone else pays to print, you qualify.
- Do I need a portfolio website?
- It helps whoever reviews your application, but it isn't required. A behance or Instagram link, or a short description of the work you do, is enough.
- How long does approval take?
- Usually within one business day. Applications are reviewed by a person, not automatically, so occasionally it's longer over a weekend.
- Can my client be billed directly?
- Yes. You can ship blind to your client and invoice them yourself, or have us invoice you and mark it up however you price your work.
