Most boxes and flat sheets print on 18PT C1S — a thick board coated on the print side and natural on the inside, so the outside takes colour and coatings while the inside stays uncoated. Several styles also come in 14PT uncoated board for a lighter, kraft-style feel.
Flat. Every box ships pre-cut and pre-creased, and folds together in seconds without glue or tape. Flat packs keep shipping cheap and storage easy — fold them as you need them.
Akuafoil is an all-over metallic foil effect printed under your artwork, so any part of the design can shine like foil — including gradients and photographs — without the cost of a traditional foil stamp. It combines with gloss UV or spot UV coatings for extra contrast.
Printed sheets of heavy box board, delivered flat and uncut. You cut, crease or die-cut them yourself — ideal for prototyping packaging, short-run custom shapes, backing cards and displays.
