Turnaround has two parts: production time and shipping time. Here is how they break down:
- Production: 2-4 business days for most products
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: next business day where available
Production begins once your artwork passes prepress review, so approving your proof quickly is the fastest way to keep an order on schedule.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.
Matte paper stickers are the best option if you need to handwrite batch numbers, prices, or notes after printing.
It depends where the order is in the process when you contact us:
- Before you approve the proof: you can replace the file or ask our team for changes.
- After you approve the proof: the job goes to press exactly as proofed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- After it ships: it is yours. Printed goods that match the approved proof are final.
Contact support as soon as you spot something; the earlier you reach us, the more options remain open.
If fewer pieces arrive than you ordered, a different product arrives, or the parcel is damaged in transit, tell us within 5 business days of delivery with a photo and we put it right.
Yes. If the artwork follows the same product setup and size, we can support multiple designs for launches, flavors, or campaign variants.
