A letterhead is the difference between a document and correspondence. Quotes, invoices, offer letters and legal notes all carry more weight on paper that names the business, and it is still the cheapest piece of brand identity a company can own.
We print letterheads on two writable stocks: 60lb Opaque Text, the everyday sheet that runs cleanly through office laser and inkjet printers, and 70lb Premium Uncoated Text, a noticeably firmer sheet for correspondence that is meant to be kept. Both take pen, stamp and printer ink without smudging, coated stock never does.
Four sizes cover the real uses: standard 8.5" × 11" for letters and invoices, legal 8.5" × 14" for contracts, half-sheet 5.5" × 8.5" for compliment slips and short notes, and 11" × 17" for folded programmes and statements. Print one side or both, in full colour.
Order from 50 sheets, a ream lasts a small office months, and reorder in a click when it runs out. Pair with matching printed envelopes and presentation folders from the same shelf, on the same stock family, so the whole identity suite agrees with itself. Every file is checked and you approve a proof before it prints.
