How fast will my order ship?

Turnaround has two parts: production time and shipping time. Here is how they break down:

Production: 2-4 business days for most products
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight: next business day where available

Production begins once your artwork passes prepress review, so approving your proof quickly is the fastest way to keep an order on schedule.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order after it ships?

It depends where the order is in the process when you contact us:

Before prepress review: we can usually swap the artwork
In production: changes are no longer possible
After it ships: we arrange a return or reprint instead

Contact support as soon as you spot a problem — the earlier you reach us, the more options remain open.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it at no cost under the BizCard Promise.

We currently ship across the United States and Canada, with international delivery available to selected countries at checkout.
