Does the stand hardware come included?

Yes. Every retractable banner order ships with the aluminum pull-up stand hardware, carry bag, and support pole included. You do not need to purchase the stand separately.

What sizes are available?

The most common size is 33" × 80" (standard trade-show size). We also offer 24" × 72" (economy) and 47" × 79" (wide-format) for larger display areas.

What resolution should my artwork be?

We recommend 150 DPI at final print size for wide-format banner graphics. Files at 72 DPI will appear soft in print. If you are scaling up a small file, reach out before ordering.

What material is the banner printed on?

Banners are printed on premium polypropylene or polyester-laminate material. Both are scratch-resistant, lightweight, and built to roll and unroll hundreds of times without cracking.

How quickly can retractable banners be produced?

Standard production is 3–5 business days. Rush options targeting 2 business days are available for trade shows and events with tight deadlines.
