Does the stand hardware come included?

Yes. Every retractable banner order ships with the aluminum pull-up stand hardware, carry bag, and support pole included. You do not need to purchase the stand separately.

What sizes are available?

The most common size is 33" × 80" (standard trade-show size). We also offer 24" × 72" (economy) and 47" × 79" (wide-format) for larger display areas.

What resolution should my artwork be?

We recommend 150 DPI at final print size for wide-format banner graphics. Files at 72 DPI will appear soft in print. If you are scaling up a small file, reach out before ordering.

What material is the banner printed on?

Banners are printed on premium polypropylene or polyester-laminate material. Both are scratch-resistant, lightweight, and built to roll and unroll hundreds of times without cracking.

How quickly can retractable banners be produced?

Standard production is 3–5 business days. Rush options targeting 2 business days are available for trade shows and events with tight deadlines.

What size are standard door hangers?

The most common door hanger size is 3.5" × 8.5" with a die-cut hanging hole at the top. We also offer 4.25" × 11" for more content space.

What is a rack card used for?

Rack cards are 4" × 9" cards designed to sit in lobby display racks, hotel concierge stands, tourism information boards, and restaurant hostess stations. They are thicker than standard flyers so they stand upright in the rack.

Are table tents pre-scored for folding?

Yes. Table tent cards come pre-scored so they fold cleanly into a standing A-frame display. The standard format is 4" × 6" folded, with full-color printing on all visible panels.

What is the best paper for club flyers?

100lb gloss text with UV coating gives club flyers their signature high-shine look and holds up in dark, humid environments better than uncoated paper.

What quantity makes sense for door-to-door campaigns?

For neighborhood canvassing, 500–1,000 door hangers per block is a practical run. For rack cards or club flyers, typical starting quantities are 250–500.
